Singapore Safety Case Practitioners' Course
Major Hazard Installations (MHI) in Singapore come under the Safety Case regime as of September 2017. The Safety Case regime is administered by the Major Hazard Department (MHD) and is made up of various government departments, namely; Ministry of Manpower (MoM), National Environmental Agency (NEA) and Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF).
